Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes prohibited uses of the Tradieon platform. It supplements the Terms & Conditions.
Prohibited activity
- Violating any applicable law, regulation or market rule, including market manipulation, insider trading, spoofing or wash trading.
- Using the Services on behalf of a sanctioned person or in a sanctioned jurisdiction.
- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass security controls of the platform.
- Introducing malware, running denial-of-service attacks or otherwise interfering with the Services.
- Accessing accounts, workspaces or data you are not authorised to access.
- Using the Services to spam, phish or defraud any person.
- Automating requests in a manner that exceeds documented API limits.
Enforcement
Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account and reporting to authorities where appropriate.
