These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Tradieon platform and services provided by Tradieon Ltd ("Tradieon", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Services you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract.

2. Nature of the Services

Tradieon provides decision-support and execution tooling. Tradieon is not a broker, exchange, custodian, investment adviser or portfolio manager. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, investment, tax or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes.

3. Account & security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices exclude applicable taxes.

5. Acceptable use

You will not use the Services to violate law, infringe rights, transmit malicious code, interfere with the platform, or engage in market abuse.

6. Third-party integrations

The Services may connect to brokers, exchanges and third-party providers you designate. Your use of those third parties is governed by their own terms. Tradieon is not responsible for third-party actions, outages or execution outcomes.

7. Intellectual property

Tradieon and its licensors own all rights in the Services. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Services.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradieon disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradieon's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the fees paid by you to Tradieon in the twelve months preceding the claim. Tradieon will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, trading losses or lost data.

10. Termination

You may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or as required by law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of laws rules.
