Frequently asked questions
- Does Tradieon execute trades itself?
- Tradieon sends order instructions to your own broker account. It is not a broker, does not hold client funds and does not act as an intermediary in the market.
- What is sent to the broker?
- A normalised order derived from the approved plan: instrument, direction, size, stop and target, in the format your broker or bridge expects.
- Do I approve every order?
- Yes by default. Automation is optional, per connection, on Professional plans and above.
- What if the connection fails?
- Failed dispatches are recorded with the error so you can see exactly what did and did not reach your broker.
- Can I use my own endpoint?
- Yes. Custom webhook connections receive a signed, normalised payload you can handle in your own infrastructure.
